Google is making creating video presentations as easy as creating a single slide, using the power of artificial intelligence to do so, with the launch of a new AI platform called Vids
Vids, which is still in testing, allows you to drop any media content and create a presentation video that can be shared with other colleagues, but it will take time before it is officially released so that everyone can use the tools.
Vids is an AI platform that shouldn't be confused with another version of Sora. As the company explained in its Vids demo video, you can create simple business presentations by adding media layers of music, background audio, and text to explain the project
You can also add a file from your Workspace account that’s relevant to the presentation, which can be further edited at any point during the video creation process. Google says it has a range of templates to get you started, and you can improvise further with Gemini by adding prompts for exactly what you need from the video
You also have a repository of royalty- free materials that can be added to the content and further enhance your presentation video before you decide to ship it out to everyone in the office
AI-powered tools are gaining momentum at a scary pace and we’ve already seen that with audio and video creation platforms , Google has shown its focus in this area and with a strong model like Workspace under its umbrella, Vids is a vital part of its future product strategy
