Apple has released the fourth beta version of the upcoming VisionOS 1.2 update to developers, allowing them to test new features before releasing the software to the public. The fourth beta version of visionOS 1.2 comes one week after the release of the third beta, according to the macrumors website.
The visionOS beta can be downloaded by going to the Settings app on the device and switching to developer betas. A registered developer account is required, and Apple recommends making a backup before installing new software
Apple may be making further improvements to Personalities, EyeSight, and other features with visionOS 1.2, but no major new additions were found in the first three beta builds
Apple has been pushing out regular updates to VisionOS, the VisionOS 1.2 update is already beta testing, and we expect VisionOS 2 to be introduced in June with a brand new feature set
The previous version, visionOS 1.1, provides support for iMessage connection key verification and adds Apple device management to Vision Pro. With this functionality, IT departments at companies and educational institutions can manage Vision Pro headsets in the same way they manage iPhones, iPads, and Macs
